MaGrann Associates is an innovative energy/building consulting and engineering firm headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey with additional offices in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio and Hawaii. Since 1982, MaGrann has partnered with building professionals, utilities and program sponsors to integrate proven building science solutions into its comprehensive consulting and engineering services. MaGrann guides its clients through every step of the energy efficiency/green building process.

MaGrann Associates focuses on bringing applied building science to the residential housing market through nationally recognized standards, including EPA’s ENERGY STAR Homes and Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program certifications, as well as the NAHB’s National Green Building Standard and the USBGC’s LEED for Homes. MaGrann works to create buildings that are healthier and more durable, more comfortable and higher valued, all while using fewer resources and producing less emissions.
Having certified over 50,000 ENERGY STAR Homes and 2,400 LEED homes, the firm has won various awards in the fields of energy efficiency and green building. MaGrann has been named the national leader in LEED for Homes certifications for 2010 and 2011, and received numerous ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing and Partner of the Year awards. The staff of MaGrann includes licensed professional engineers, degreed mechanical engineers, CAD technicians, certified Home Energy Rating System (HERS) raters, Green Raters, LEED Accredited and sustainable design professionals, experienced marketing consultants, and administrative support personnel.
