As the name reflects, Pioneer Millworks was a pioneer in the salvaged and reclaimed antique wood industry. We’re proud to give old wood new life as flooring, millwork, cabinetry, and more. We fully source and manufacture in the USA in Oregon and New York, in a way that’s healthy for you, our employees, and the environment. Our products offer ecologically conscious homeowners, designers, and builders an alternative to non-sustainable flooring without compromising quality, character, or selection. Pioneer Millworks is FSC certified and Green America approved. All of our products are LEED® point eligible.

Pioneer Millworks' reclaimed wood products are fully manufactured — from sourcing to milling to you — in the USA from our NY and OR facilities. You won’t find anything like our reclaimed wood at big box flooring stores.

We run our business in as socially and environmentally responsible way possible. And, we’re committed to making you the very best flooring, paneling, timbers, and woodworking on the market. We love all trees, but there’s nothing like the character of antique wood. Old growth trees cut over a hundred years ago offer superior stability, rich patinas, intense grain, and if we’re lucky signs of its previous life including ferrous staining, bolt holes and insect tracks.

Over the years the demand for our wood blossomed. We are the largest domestic resource for reclaimed and sustainable wood products, with more than fifty species, grades, and specialty items available.

We’ve salvaged over 22,000,000 board feet that would otherwise end up in landfills, grinders, and unclean wood burners, or simply rot away. Our products are: fully sourced and manufactured in the USA, FSC certified in three categories (pure, mix, and recycled), LEED point eligible, Green America approved.
