Recollective is a values-based green building consulting firm focused on integrated design facilitation, LEED, Living Building Challenge and advanced building simulations. We have successfully completed over 30 LEED certifications, over 150 energy models, and are currently consulting on over 100 active LEED projects, amounting to over 25 million square feet of development. Included in our certifications are 3 Platinum projects: SEFC Community Centre, The Athletes’ Village Net Zero Building and the Metro Vancouver waste-to-energy facility. Recollective has experience consulting on the largest Living Building (pending certification) in the world, the Jim Pattison Centre of Excellence. As an early pioneer in LBC, we understand its complexity and can translate it into a cost-effective and successful design solution.

Recollective is recognized by the industry as experts in building simulations. As a result, we are among an elite pool of energy modellers approved by the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) to simulate projects without the need for third-party verification. Recollective is also approved by BC Hydro as a qualified energy modeller for conducting BC Hydro High-Performance Building Studies.

Beyond the building scale, Recollective also provides strategic consulting services to municipalities in areas such as sustainable land-use strategies, green building guidelines and policies.
