SIGMA is a licensed General Building (Class B) and Electrical (C-10) Contractor in California and is planning expansion of its residential and commercial construction division to Nevada, Arizona and Texas in 2013. SIGMA is a certified MBE, WBE, and SBE as well as an EPA lead-safe certified firm.

SIGMA’s Construction division currently provides residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial construction projects in California with the intention of expanding these services to Arizona, Nevada and Texas in 2013 as the company obtains licenses in those states. The company is well versed in design-build construction projects, renovations, electrical and mechanical upgrades, solar and photovoltaic installations, and tenant improvements. In addition, the company continues to offer services related to design engineering, cost estimates and construction management. SIGMA’s commitment to safety has been recognized with Safety Awards in 2009 and 2011 by the Department of the Navy.
Real estate support services include inspection services, property management, real estate owned (REO) property preservation, property and facilities maintenance services nationwide. SIGMA’s Real Estate, Inspection and Maintenance Services are offered nationwide to a variety of clients. The company provides REO property preservation services, property management, facilities maintenance, routine scheduled and quality control (QC) inspections. SIGMA has a network of over a thousand subcontractors nationwide and several field offices located regionally across the country.
