TLC Engineering for Architecture
TLC Engineering for Architecture committed to designing high performance, sustainable buildings before the inception of LEED. In 2003, our first project to achieve LEED certification was also Florida’s first – Stetson University’s Lynn Business Center. We’re proud to have led the way with many firsts in LEED-certified buildings and are committed to continuing as a leader in sustainable building design. In our engineering, consulting and commissioning of sustainable buildings, the associated energy savings is conservatively equivalent to exceed $5.5 million in energy, the removal of 22,000 cars from our roads or sufficient power for 14,000 single family homes.
