The Utah Office of Energy Development (UOED) promotes energy efficiency with industry, universities, utilities, state government, nonprofits and local communities. UOED targets its energy efficiency programming in the areas of buildings, industry, transportation and agriculture.
Energy efficiency is a least cost energy resource.

2. Is about achieving equal or better output with the same level of energy input
3. Reduces energy bills
