The company was formed to provide Infrastructure Construction, Demolition, Enabling Works ( Underground Utility Diversions, Connections ) and Contracts in the Commercial and Industrial sector. UTI Qatar WLL is licensed in the State of Qatar for General Construction and Demolition Works, which enables the company to perform at any level of technical and commercial capacity.

UTI Qatar WLL under SET GROUP Middle East is rich with qualified, experienced and knowledgeable professionals. From the beginning of the Dubai Metro Project we played a significant role in the progress of different phases and still remain the one and the only approved enabling contractor during the handing over jobs. We have track of zero-injury for 5000 days in construction and demolition sector, having constructed over more than 100 structures and demolished over more than 500 major structures.
UTI Qatar WLL has an ongoing safety program that includes random screening of our employee’s health. We conduct weekly meetings to cover issues related to job site and personal safety. In addition to safety awareness, management takes this opportunity to keep our field personnel informed in matters concerning updated construction schedules and other issues regarding active projects.
