Some of the accomplishments and contributions to projects include shopping and retail centers, industrial and business parks in Chicago and Arlington, Texas.
Worked also worked on high profile developments such as the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Green Fleets International Initiative, the 1994 USA World Cup Soccer Games and US/Mexico State Governments trade missions.
Previous experience includes over 10 years with the City of Chicago, Department of Planning and Development, and positions with the City of Arlington, Texas, and the City of Deming, New Mexico. Worked also for an engineering firm in Fort Worth, Texas.
Currently working for Raw Energy Materials, Inc. and running my own consulting practice with a focus and strong interest in improving the urban living and business infrastructure for both communities and businesses.
Fluent in Spanish and holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.A.Degree in Economics from Northeastern Illinois University.
