Amy is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and the Subject Matter Expert for the Energy and Atmosphere category in the LEED department, working on both maintenance of the current rating system and the development of v4. Prior to USGBC, Amy worked as a Mechanical Engineer at several large Architectural and Engineering firms in the DC area, promoting sustainable design on the project side. Amy obtained her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and is about to complete her MBA from Georgetown University.
