Andres is a sustainability advisor, university educator and principal at NRG-AR.
Since 2007, he has been working in sustainability construction projects as a LEED consultant and Commissioning Agent in more than 50 green building projects in Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, also reviewing projects in France, United Arab Emirates, Peru and Colombia.
As an educator, he currently teaches in two universities, and has revised final thesis for students of University of Twente (Netherlands), Lund University (Sweden) and University of Virginia (USA).
He is co-founder of the Agentina’s chapter of the International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA), where he served as secretary general.
He has participated as Expert commentator for the Rockefeller Foundation “Sustainable Urban Housing” Competition (2011)
He is also member of the LEED International Roundtable, an advisory group at the USGBC, working to make LEED more effective globally.
Since 2014, Andres works as USGB Pro Reviewer, experts in green building and sustainability who review courses on Education @USGBC, providing detailed feedback to the course creators, as well as on the course page.
