Mr. Andrew Broderick is a Project Planner for Broaddus Planning. Mr. Broderick gained experience in facility and campus planning through his master’s degree program and his multiple years of experience at internationally-renowned planning and architecture firms. He has first-hand knowledge of urban design and planning principles while working on neighborhood planning and public space design projects.
While his emphasis and interests lie in planning, he has also attained firsthand knowledge of all stages of architectural design including upfront planning, schematic design, and construction administration. His key projects include a campus master plan for the U.S Department of Homeland Security, a healthcare facility planning for Princess Noura Bint Abdurrahman University Hospital for Women in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and a preliminary urban design guidelines and regulations for redevelopment of major civic square in Milwaukee.
