Andrew Carman earned a bachelor’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy
at Brigham Young University followed by a Bachelors and Masters of
Architecture at the University of Idaho. Such an academic history may appear
incongruous but Andrew finds it fits his work and life quite perfectly. He
currently plies his building expertise at Sebesta, in Houston, Texas.
Andrew an is active in the local chapter of the US Green Building Council,
AIA, and Urban Land Institute, and is always feeling around for where his
expertise and energy can be put to best use. He is a contributor with the
online academic collaborative Favelissues, where he explores social and
technical aspects of urban planning and sustainable development. As
well, Andrew serves on the board of directors of the newly formed non-profit
organization, LDS Earth Stewardship.
