Ariane Laxo

Ariane works with the Emerging Professionals National Committee to develop and implement tools, resources, and activities for the Emerging Professionals Program. She is responsible for recruiting, training and supporting Emerging Professional regional and EP chapter leaders across the Heartland and South Central Regions. An emerging professional herself, Ariane graduated summa cum laude in 2011 from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Interior Design, a B.A. in Music, and a minor in Sustainability Studies. She has experience with interior and graphic design, design research, evidence-based design, project management, continuing education program development, marketing, and nonprofit strategic planning. Ariane currently works as an interior designer at HGA Architects and Engineers in Minneapolis, focusing on a variety of project types including corporate, healthcare and education. She also serves as Student Affairs Director-Elect on the board of the International Interior Design Association Northland Chapter.
