VP Strategic Alliances and Business Partners
Beth Holst, Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Business Partners at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), has worked for more than 15 years with programs that enhance workforce capacity and competency. At USGBC she promotes cross collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alliances are well planned and articulated. She creates strong relationships that have high impact across all business lines at USGBC. At the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), Beth quadrupled LEED Professional Credential participation so that today almost 190,000 credential holders are engaged in transforming the built environment. Under her leadership, GBCI broadened the reach of LEED through exams and technology, a credential maintenance program, customer service and staffing. She also helped secure ANSI accreditation for the LEED Professional Credentials.
Beth holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s College of Maine, is a graduate of American University with a BA in Political Science, has a paralegal certificate in Business and Environmental Law from University of San Diego, and a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.
