Christine Robbins-Elrod

Dedicated to the development of green buildings and communities, Christine assesses each project for its potential to minimize negative impact on the environment and maximize positive impact on its occupants and the surrounding community. Well-versed in sustainable design and construction strategies, Christine has led the implementation of these strategies on projects at
various scales from conception through construction. Her project experience includes the LEED Gold Omni Dallas Hotel, the LEED Gold LightHouse Commons Student Housing, the LEED Gold NYLO Dallas South Side Hotel, the LEED Platinum Freedom’s Path Vancouver Apartment Homes, the LEED Gold Freedom’s Path Kerrville Apartment Homes, the LEED Silver Warriors in Transition Facility at Fort Sam Houston, the LEED Gold WISH Clinic at New Parkland Hospital, and the LEED Platinum Winnwood House.

Christine graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2005. Christine is a licensed architect, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, is Green Advantage Certified, is a LEED Accredited Professional for three credentials – LEED AP Building Design and Construction, LEED AP Neighborhood Development, and LEED AP Homes, and is a WELL Accredited Professional. Christine has volunteered extensively for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) North Texas Chapter and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Texas Chapter.
