Christopher Davis

As a Program Manager for CBRE’s Global Energy & Sustainability team, Christopher Davis consults with a diverse base of clients and stakeholders to help them meet their environmental performance goals. In addition to supporting CBRE’s global sustainability platform, his main role is planning and executing LEED® for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance certification projects. Most recently, he supported the LEED O+M v4 Platinum Recertification of TAIPEI 101.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Davis spent seven years at the U.S. Green Building Council® and its subsidiary, the Green Building Certification Institute, where he provided oversight and technical guidance to buildings pursuing LEED worldwide. He also supported the development of LEED O+M, as well as complementary programs including Recertification, Volume, Campus, and LEED Lab. Mr. Davis earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, focusing on historic preservation and sustainable urban design.
