As Manager on the Residential Market Development team at the U.S. Green Building Council, Clare Rosenberger is in charge of program management of the LEED for Homes program. She joined USGBC in June of 2008, shortly after the launch of the balloted LEED for Homes program. During this period of fast-paced growth for the program, Clare has worked to streamline program operations and coordinate the network of 38 LEED for Homes Provider Organizations in the delivery of LEED for Homes nationwide.
As part of the USGBC Affordable Housing Initiative, Clare specializes in
the affordable housing market sector within the residential industry. She
serves as a steering committee member of the Green Affordable Housing
Coalition, a leader in the Public Housing Authorities Sustainability Network
and a member of the Green Rental Housing Task Force for Fannie Mae. She also
helps develop, coordinate and implement the residential events at Greenbuild
- the annual Residential Summit and the Affordable Housing Summit (hosted in
partnership with Enterprise Community Partners and IPED, Inc., an affiliate
of Nixon Peabody LLP).
Prior to joining USGBC, Clare worked at a Cambridge, MA-based architecture
firm as a project and contract administrator. Clare earned her Bachelor of
Arts in Political Science from the University of Richmond.
