Claudio Alanis Ruiz is a sustainable building specialist. Claudio specializes
in the analysis of energy efficiency in buildings and on the certification of
"Green" projects. He has experience as an engineer on international projects
such as the Beaver Dam Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Racine
County-Waste-to-Energy Facility in Wisconsin (USA), and as chief design engineer
of the project "R&D of Low-Cost Parabolic Solar Thermal Collector Modules for
Domestic and Industrial Applications" at the Institute of Physics (Mexico).
In Russia, during 2012-13, Claudio was an employee of the Russian Green
Building Council (RuGBC) and participated in the drafting of the "Catalog of
green building technologies", as well as in a number of construction projects
in the Russian Federation.
Claudio on education Environmental Engineer (USA), has extensive experience
in the field of sustainable development, modeling and simulation (mechanical
modeling, building energy simulation, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Finite
Element Analysis, etc), analysis of the thermal behavior of buildings, clean
technologies, renewable energy, soil remediation, air pollution control,
wastewater treatment and waste management.
