Expertise covers all ranges of the project capture and execution process (proposal strategy development, proposal management, and project execution), and project development and implementation processes, to include site selection, financial modeling, solicitation of financial sources, design management, EPC execution, startup, commissioning, and transition to operations and maintenance.
Recent roles include leading organizations through the implementation of various renewable energy strategies, applying the principles that guide successful infrastructure project development and completion. Work includes scope definition, competitive analysis, technical due diligence, and project planning. Led teams dedicated to assisting clients with large electricity and resource loads (such as data centers), creating strategies for cost-effective renewable energy and sustainability solutions. Located capital sources where necessary, and evaluated multiple technologies to create custom solutions. Guided operations and financial professionals on strategic implementation and risks for renewable energy projects. Also advised Skanska’s Infrastructure Development group (Skanska ID North America) regarding investment and construction of utility-scale renewable energy projects across North America.
