Dany Koe

Dany is an associate with Colliers International representing the Colliers' GSAXCHANGE platform. He specializes in Government-leased properties on a national basis connecting all players of the industry into one marketplace. His role for the GSAXCHANGE consists of researching, marketing, financial analysis and client relations.

Alongside his position in the investment sale group, Dany is a research associate working closely to the Director of Research in Atlanta. Dany performs a variety of research and market analyses in support of marketing and business development for office, industrial, multi-family and investment brokerage professionals.
