Eileen Gohr

Eileen Gohr is the Director of Education for GBES, the leading provider of
LEED exam prep materials in the world. She ensures the highest quality
product in the GBES study materials, develops new on-demand webinar content,
and stays up to date on the latest green building trends and emerging
certifications. Eileen is also a Senior Sustainability Consultant at
Sustainable Investment Group (SIG). With over 12 years of experience in
sustainability in the built environment, she manages LEED™ projects,
corporate sustainability initiatives such as GRESB, and green building
analysis and research.

Prior to joining GBES, Eileen was the Sustainability Manager for Parmenter, a
commercial REIT based in Miami, FL. Eileen directed the company’s
commitment to sustainability, its interests in national green building
programs and initiatives, and the practice of energy efficient construction
and operations across its national portfolio. In addition, she managed the
LEED and ENERGY STAR® certifications for all Parmenter buildings. While at
Parmenter, Eileen managed the LEED-EB Platinum project at Rambler Park, a
commercial office tower in Dallas, TX.

Eileen was also previously a Project Manager at Epsten Group where she led
projects of all types, including Architecture, Construction Administration,
LEED Consulting, ENERGY STAR, and Green Globes. Eileen managed the design and
construction of The Edge, an award winning LEED-NC Platinum and Four Green
Globes certified adaptive reuse project in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. She
has reviewed hundreds of LEED certification applications, and worked on 27
LEED Consulting projects.

Eileen has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington University
in St Louis, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of
Auckland in New Zealand. She holds three LEED Accredited Professional
specialties, including LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP O+M and LEED AP HOMES. Eileen is
also a member of the USGBC Georgia Chapter and Green Roofs for Healthy
Cities, and is an Associate member of the AIA.
