Francesca Mayer Martinelli

As a LEED Project Coordinator I work directly with realtors, architecture firms, investors and independent developers to oversee the development of sustainable projects looking to become LEED certified. I collaborate directly with the Perú Green Building Council (PGBC) as a member of the board of directors. Likewise, I maintain direct contact with members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), and lead the LEED v4 Regional Priority Credit Selection Process for Perú.

I am a LEED Green Associate in the process of becoming a LEED Acredited Professional with a focus on Interior Design + Construction.

Spanish is my native language but I am completely fluent on English.
