Over the past 35 years James has been involved in the design, project management and leadership aspect of several million square feet in the corporate and higher education sectors. He has been responsible for several hundreds of millions of dollars of projects including higher education facilities, data centers, labs, call centers, corporate office interiors and ground-up construction in the USA and Canada as well as developing markets in Costa Rica and Panama. Clients and employers have included the University of Houston System, Jones Lang LaSalle, ExxonMobil, Hewlett Packard, Houston Lighting & Power, General Motors, Disney, American Airlines, CIBC, Halliburton, TD Bank of Canada and Valero. James was tasked with leading multiple disciplines and sometimes cross cultural teams in the preparing of cost effective design and delivery solutions. He has a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Houston, is a registered architect in The State of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Architects. James' strengths include strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to multi-task several tasks and/or projects at one time.
