Jeff Brand is a project manager for CH2M HILL’s Government Facilities & Infrastructure (GF&I) Business Group, leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivery of pre-design, design, bidding, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout services. As Project Manager and Engineering Operations Manager for Engineering & Construction on LOGCAP IV, Afghanistan, Mr. Brand’s teams managed constrained resources, demanding schedules and war zone execution on the $200 million annual project. A successful career of land development, infrastructure and vertical construction for market sectors of defense, energy, manufacturing, housing, technology/R&D, broadcast, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, wood/paper, metallurgical, medical and education is built on exceptional relationships with clients including the USDOD, USACE, EPA, USFS, General Dynamics, Sundstrand, Teledyne, Weyerhaeuser, Agouron, Biogen Idec and Hewlett Packard.
