Jeff Oberdorfer FAIA, LEED FELLOW, is a Consultant in Housing, Urban Design and Sustainability. Formerly Executive Director of First Community
Housing [FCH] a well known leader in developing sustainable, affordable
housing. Jeff is a frequent speaker at green building conferences and has
been on a number of national AIA and USGBC juries. He served as a juror on a
recent international Cradle to Cradle Product Development competition.
FCH developed the first multifamily housing project in California to achieve
both LEED NC and LEED for Homes Gold Certification, and has been awarded
numerous State and National Architectural Awards, including the AIA COTE
Award for Gish Apartments in San Jose, California.
