Ms. Jennifer Shipe has over 3 years’ experience in the Urban Design and Planning Profession. She has extensive experience with the design and implementation of green infrastructure, stormwater management, transit oriented development, site design, master planning, zoning, form-based codes, sustainable technologies, and sustainable policies. Jennifer has developed green infrastructure plans within the right-of–way and then clearly communicated the design and benefits to professionals, city officials and the general public. She has written and researched guiding principles for implementation and assisted in the design of green infrastructure best management practices. Jennifer uses her experience in urban design and urban planning to develop sustainable stormwater management systems. The combination of design and planning allow for forward thinking ideas and innovation to become reality. She holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development and a Master of Urban Design from Ball State University.
