Guadalajara, 1977. Graduated at the Architectural Association of the master of Urbanism and housing in London. Graduated of architecture at ITESO specializing in sustainable design and construction by the Universidad Iberoamericana. Received as LEED AP and is currently director of EA Energy and Architecture, independent consulting for LEED certification, with projects in México and Latin America. Works as head of the department of environmental responsibility and integrated design firm based JSA in México City. He has lectured and participated in forums in different cities, USA and South America, besides giving lecture and training courses to private companies and Universities like the: Universidad Iberoamericana in México City and Laguna, ITESM campus Guadalajara Xochimilco. He was coordinator of graduate studies at the School of Architecture and is now chair professor at the University ITESO in Guadalajara

Jorge is a USGBC Faculty member. USGBC Faculty are the official instructors of USGBC's instructor-led workshops working with USGBC's education delivery partners. As USGBC Faculty, Jorge is authorized to teach the following instructor-led workshops:

  • BDC 251: Understanding the Building Design and Construction LEED Rating Systems
