Develops, implements, and manages all international marketing and communication strategies for USGBC's flagship product, the LEED Certification Program for Buildings.
Joe most recently served as the deputy director of communications and
manager of digital strategy for the Business Roundtable (BRT), an association
of over 200 leading U.S. CEOs. At BRT, he developed, guided, and managed a
holistic communication strategy that blended social, new, and traditional
media relations. For his work, he was named a "40 under 40" by
PRWeek Magazine in 2010.
Prior to joining BRT, Joe was a lobby reporter for Legal Times, covering
the K Street tribe and a reporter for the Washington Blade.
He is also a co-founder of the food blog, The Passion Fruits.
