Kenneth Gish

Lexington, KY

I am a member of the Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Service
Group in the Lexington office of Stites & Harbison, PLLC. My practice
focuses on complex facility permitting, renewable and alternative energy
development, electric utility regulation, sustainability, hazardous waste
remediation, compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental
litigation. I represent the firm’s clients in all stages of the permitting
process from application to appeals before administrative bodies and in state
and federal court. I also assist clients in managing regulatory compliance
matters arising from federal, state and local laws. I received my
undergraduate degree in 1995 from Georgetown University and my law degree
from the University of Michigan in 2003. Prior to entering law school, I
served as a watch and division officer on USS San Juan (SSN-751), a
nuclear-powered fast attack submarine.
