Kevin P Gilleran, LEED BD+C, CEM, QCxP, CalCERTS, GPR, CEA, BPI

Kevin Gilleran has been a consultant on building energy efficiency for over
20 years. Kevin has owned and managed Gilleran Energy Management for 10
years.

Kevin’s company, Gilleran Energy Management, is located in Santa Rosa and
provides green building and energy efficiency consulting. Gilleran Energy
Management works with owners, developers, design & construction team members
to find ways to integrate industry best practices also known as green
building measures into new building designs and or remodels. Kevin and his
team focus on practical implementation of current and reliable energy
efficiency, conservation measures and renewable energy into existing and new
buildings.

Gilleran Energy Management is actively involved in both commercial and
residential projects. Gilleran Energy Management projects have participated
in the regional and nationally known programs: EnergyStar for Businesses and
Homes, USGBC LEED for commercial and residential buildings as well as
LEED for Homes low rise and mid rise buildings, BuildItGreen GreenPoint Rated
programs that serve existing and new single family and multifamily homes.

Gilleran Energy focuses on whole building energy usage and that extends to
using the ASHRAE Commercial Building Commercial Building Energy Audits
protocol for project development as well as implementing a Re or Retro
Commissioning and IPMVP Measurement and Verification processes to ensure
project retrofit success.

Kevin is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Commissioning Process Provider
and LEED Accredited Professional. Kevin received a: Bachelor of Arts in
Economics/Environmental Studies and Planning (double major) – with an
Emphasis: Energy Management and Design Program Certificate in1987 from Sonoma
State University, Rohnert Park, CA
