Researcher, National Water Research Center
Twenty seven years of research, academic and practical experiences in the field of Water and Environment in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Major research and academic experiences covers administration, technical design and practice of water resources and environmental engineering including operational hydrology, hydrological data evaluation, hydrological analyses, water balance studies, hydrological studies, water quality and environmental engineering studies. Special competence has been gained on flood mitigation in arid regions. Recent assignments for domestic water quality, design of water supply systems, and its performance indicators and bench mark. My research interests concern the Green Building with my primary research focus being the optimization of (water use & wastewater) systems design and performance analysis. I expect to continue my research agenda in water planning and management since there are many important issues to pursue and also the environmental impact assessment of surface and ground water.
