Maggie Comstock

Maggie Comstock is a Policy Analyst at the U.S. Green Building Council working on international green building and climate policy. She currently serves as a Regional Representative for North America to the United Nations Environment Programme and has extensive experience working on environmental policy issues both domestically and abroad through her time working in the U.S. Senate, House of Representatives, UK Parliament, and Irish Parliament. Maggie holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Environment, Society and Development from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, focusing on international carbon markets and their implications for developing countries.

Interests include international green building policy, sustainable cities, resiliency, carbon markets, and green jobs.
