Marcia is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a track record of growing the customer base and increasing engagement of existing customers. She has held a variety of positions in politics and business including Regional Organizer for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition; Proposal Consultant for Deloitte; and Program Manager for Hewlett-Packard. Her specialties include business relationships, business development, team leadership, project management, message development, and community outreach.
Marcia recently moved back to the Bay Area after 15 years in Washington, DC, where she was an active member of the community. She served as treasurer of her neighborhood coalition and increased energy efficiency on her block by retrofitting her 95-year-old home, and orchestrating reconstruction of a neighbor's home through a Washington, DC housing program that incorporated green technologies.
She is a member of the Bay Area’s Women in CleanTech & Sustainability. She holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Humanities from Michigan State University.
