I am a chilean Bachelor in Architecture, (LEED AP BD+C / LEED AP ID+C and
LEED AP O+M) withmore than 6 years of experience on Green Buildings and
Sustainable
Developments.
I have participated in more than 30 projects (C&S, NC, Residential Tall
Buildings, Commercial Interiors, Multiple Buildings system) pursuing LEED
certification in Chile, Perú, Argentina and Colombia, many of them are
already LEED
certified. I am part of the International Living Future Institute and
preparing my accreditacion.
I have two Degrees on Project Management and part of my professional training
is on Project's Planning and Coordination. Currently I am studying my 3rd
diploma on Corporate Social Responsibility.
It is very important for me to reveive feed back of other professionals who
can provide me with information and experiences regarding green building and
sustainable practices and technologies beyond LEED. I am currently
investigating and going in depth on Life Cycle Assessment, EPDs and
Sustainable attributes for Construction Materials and am also volunteer and
was part of the USGBC Pilot Credits Working Group.
I am very interested on knowing more about Energy Audits, ASHRAE Levels I, II
and III, ISO 50.001 and Retrofitting as well, as a way to improve my
knowledge in this area and also to encourage Sustainability strategies and
practices in Existing Buildings promoting strongly these practices
implementation in Chile.
