Research/Teaching Assistance, University of Toronto
I have a great interest in green materials and building. Before joining the University of Toronto, I have worked as researcher and senior engineer oversees for seven years. During which I worked in developing green concrete made out of waste materials with no cement. I was also involved in research work related to translucent concrete which allows the light to go through the concrete in one direction. This concrete was developed as a green building product to reduces the energy consumption. Currently, my research work at the University of Toronto focuses on improving the sustainability and reducing the negative environmental impact of cement and concrete by utilizing limestone filler.
