Pamela Lippe is the President and principal of e4, inc. She is an innovative professional with 19 years as a green building consultant and over 35 years in the fields of environment and communication. She was the consultant to The Durst Organization on the first “green” skyscraper built in the US and for 15 years continued to work on most Durst projects including the 2.2 million sf Bank of America Tower at 1 Bryant Park, which achieved LEED Platinum.
Her work helps ensure that environmental quality and building performance are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner and she has extensive experience with all kinds of projects but especially large ones ranging from 500,000 to over 10 million sf. Other clients include Legends Attractions, Forest City Enterprises, Simon Property Group, TIAA-CREF and Forest City Ratner for Atlantic Yards. Her practice includes office, multi-family residential, retail, sports, arts, university and many other building types. She has experience working with LEED-NC, LEED-CS, LEED-CI, LEED-ND and LEED-EB and has been providing sustainability support services to premier real estate and architectural clients for almost 20 years.
Ms. Lippe has also served as founder and President of Earth Day New York and has targeted a number of its educational campaigns to the real estate community including eight well-received Lessons Learned publications distributed broadly throughout the industry. She lectures regularly at conferences and seminars both nationally and internationally.
