Peggy comes to GBCI (Green Building Certification institute) with many years of practice as an architect, managing her own firm in Waterloo, Ontario and working in South Carolina for the past 14 years, most recently for McMillan Pazdan Smith. Her work included higher education projects such as a new business school for Lynchburg College in Virginia and was a driving force behind the focus on environmentally responsible design and practice at McMillan, managing LEED administration and staff LEED training, consulting on energy-related construction detailing and writing specifications for Greenville and Charleston office projects.
Her education includes a Baccalauréat en Architecture from l'Université de Montréal, Canada. She has been a LEED AP since 2003 and is now a LEED AP BD+C. and within the TCS (Technical Customer Service) team she focuses on the oldest cases and works on projects such as outreach in South Carolina and the Certification Process review last fall.
