Pushparaj is an Architect who has more than 9 years of experience in concept
design, construction design development and design presentation. Now based
with Atkins Middle East, he was previously with ALL CAD Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
as Project coordinator for uptown motor city site at Dubai (formerly Dubai
autodrome). Prior to joining ALL CAD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He was working as
project architect with Shilpa architects + interiors leading design
consultant firm based in India. Pushparaj has experience in townships design
development, apartments designing, small scale industries design, corporate
design, villas and recreational design and development. He has proficiency in
the following softwares: Revit 2014 (BIM), Vasari, Sketchup, 3ds max, Auto
cad, Photoshop, Illustrator, in design, Word,excel, MS Project and knowledge
in HEED, Climate counsultant, Naviswork, Ecotect, Daylight, Breeze, Dream
weaver.

total built up area of 45000 Sq.m As Project architect responsible for
concept stage till detail design stage.

(Aug 2008 to till date) The Wave Muscat: Architect responsible for the
concept, detailed design development of village blocks, town houses, Retail,
communal spaces and villas.

Precincts: Responsible for Concept, scheme, statutory approvals, Tender, and
Detail design stages.

Precinct 07 - Total built up area of 6500 Sq.m which 55 townhouse units.
Precinct 09 – Total built up area of 24000 Sq.m which includes 96 apartment
units and 24 townhouse units.
Precinct 04– Total built up area of 25000 Sq.m which includes 121 apartment

Precinct 06– Total built up area of 28000 Sq.m which includes 121 apartment

Precinct 05 – Multi level carparking for 160 cars.

Villas: Responsible for Concept, scheme, statutory approvals, Tender, and
Detail design stages.
Sector 05 – Total built up area 31500 Sq.m which includes 42 twin villas
and 45 villas.
Al Marsha Retail Centre (Won Best commercial project of 2014 construction
week award): It includes up to 10500 sq. m. of leasable space to accommodate
main street retail, restaurants, a supermarket, other community retail
services and offices and 400 dedicated car parking spaces.

Muttawar High Density Residential Development: Responsible for winning the
Concept through design competition.
Ground + 7 floors structure, total built up area of 52000 Sq.m which includes
372 apartment units.
SGRFO Office building (Design Competition): Won the first prize for the
concept design.
Building Information Modelling (BIM) – Responsible for implementing Revit
in ATKINS Muscat office.
