Hello world

Scott Haag

Seattle, WA

I am currently one of two managers of LEED quality, which entails ensuring
quality and consistency among all LEED reviews. My curent work involves
setting up processes, protocols, and standards for the certification of LEED,
WELL, PEER, EDGE, and a few other new certification programs. I am heavily
involved in reviewing LEED v4 projects, was integral to development of the
LEED v4 Rating System, and managed the creation of the LEED v4 Minimum Energy
Performance Calculator. Previously, I worked at an MEP design firm in Austin, Texas, and am a registered Professional Engineer.

Before working, I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with
a degree in Mechanical Engineer and then went on to earn a Master’s of
Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

In my spare time, I am an avid golfer, enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, and
watching college football as well as women’s volleyball. I've recently
moved to Seattle.
