Shawn Jackson began his career in Real Estate in 2001 after receiving his Realtor license in his home town of Detroit, Michigan where he focused his interests on commercial and residential real estate ventures and management. He relocated to Georgia and began his career with TIAM in 2005 as assistant manager of an executive office park. By 2006, his organizational and technical skills became quickly evident and Shawn was promoted to Property Manager of a large commercial office portfolio. Over the next five years his knowledge and skills developed very rapidly while bringing added value to all the assets under his management. This prompted Shawn to be hand picked by TIAM’s Sr. Vice President Wendy Shumate to replace her as she planned her 2012 retirement. Shawn is currently implementing strategic growth plans focusing on compliance and efficiency in order to add to a diverse portfolio of over 3 million square feet across the southeastern region. Shawn has also been strategically involved in the development of the government contracting division of TIAM, sourcing GSA Schedule Contract for Federal, State and local governments. Shawn received his degree in Business Management/Banking and Finance from Lawton School of Business.
