My educational career is include BA from the University of Puerto Rico, in Electronics Engineering Technology, majoring in communications RF. And then completed a Master in Global Management from University of Phoenix, with technology implementation projects and management chain hotels Hilton s. Currently, I have expert licensed electrician 10174. In 2008 I completed the course of 40 hours of PV system installer in Mech Tech, and also I'm member of ACONER, IEEE, ASME, NFPA, AWS, SEPA, Intelligent Grid, Popular Mechanic and others.
My professional career began in 1995, working on construction projects PREPA overall handling of the whole island dare inside Coordination between state and federal administrative agencies and federal funds operational budgeting. Simultaneously, since 2000 beginning in the field of alternative energy to the development and installation of renewable energy equipment. I work with several companies in facilities, energy studies, feasibility and management firms.
