Susannah Culbertson is the Nashville Territory Manager for Rainwater Resources, a company headquartered in Knoxville, TN that designs, sells, and installs high-end residential and commercial rainwater harvesting systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. She has worked in and around the construction industry including geotechnical engineering, project management, and marketing for over 10 years, with 8 of those being in Nashville. Her current professional associations include SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services) CSI (Construction Specifications Institute), USGBC, and NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association). She has previously served on the SMPS Board of Directors and was also a member of the AGC (The Associated General Contractors of America) Awards Committee.
A graduate of Young Leaders Council and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Circle of Hope, Susannah enjoys volunteering and serving on non-profit boards. She has volunteered with the Nashville Symphony since 2005, and has served on the Nashville Symphony Orchestra League Board of Directors for 6 years and the Nashville Symphony Association Board of Directors for 2 years.
