Tracy is a degreed interior designer and a LEED Accredited Professional for both New Construction and Commercial Interiors. With over 25 years of experience in the commercial interiors field she has experienced multiple facets of the industry. Tracy joined the Teknion team in April 2000 and has held multiple positions during her tenure. She is currently Teknion’s Director of Sustainable Programs for the United States. She has highlighted the importance of environmental values throughout Teknion and the company’s clients, both internal and external. She is a certified instructor by ULE/ Greenguard on Indoor Air Quality Emission, an International Living Futures Institute Ambassador and is an IDCEC approved presenters on sustainable forums throughout North America. Her leadership in Teknion’s Sustainability Program ensures responsibility for the development, outreach, business strategies and support of Teknion’s environmental initiatives including product design and application as well as employee, client and business partner education on related topics of Corporate Environmental and Social Responsibility. More recently, her passion for community has taken her to remote locations in Honduras. For the past five years she has been working with in- country communities, clinics, Living Waters for the World and local churches to provide a basic need, clean water. She and a small team of 5 have changed the lives of over 4,000 people in Honduras to date with water purification and educational programs surrounding the importance of health and wellness by providing access to clean water.
