William C. Rattunde, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Bill Rattunde is a Registered Architect and Sustainable Building Services project manager at Leonardo Academy. He also performs LEED reviews and provides LEED project consulting. He has over 25 years of experience optimizing site, workspace and building designs for clients while minimizing their environmental impacts. His diverse background and experience provide expertise to effectively help companies and organizations implement sustainable policies and practices that make both environmental and business sense.

Bill has co-authored many white papers and reports on sustainable buildings and operations. He has also been involved with Leonardo Academy’s LEED-EB effort as both a Sustainable Building Services consultant and a reviewer.

Bill acts as the project lead for major LEED-EB efforts including multiple buildings for The World Bank in Washington, D.C. and LEED-NC and CI projects at Leonardo Academy. He has conducted over 50 LEED-EB reviews and assessments.

Bill earned professional degrees in both Architecture and Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has been a LEED® Accredited Professional since 2004. Bill continues to be active as the Co-Chair of the SW-Wisconsin Branch of the USGBC - Wisconsin Green Building Alliance Chapter and is a Living Building Challenge Ambassador. He assists corporate clients and municipalities with sustainability consulting and project development and implementation. Bill can offer technical and industry perspectives to project teams given his substantial experience in building design and construction.
