Green Schools State Legislative Action Summary (April 2013)

Between January and April of 2013, the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council followed more than 90 bills across 30 statesthat seek to advance healthy, high-performing schools. At the time of this report, at least three of these bills had been enacted and signed into law, with many more still being debated this year. End-of-session review coming later in 2013.
