Complete the Minimum Energy Performance Data Center Calculator for LEED v4 BD+C EA Prerequisite Minimum Energy Performance Option 1 AND LEED v4 BD+C EA Credit Optimize Energy Performance Option 1. Projects that are using an adaptation other than LEED v4 BD+C: Data Centers may use this calculator to document exceptional calculation methods for data centers located within their project.  This calculator assists project teams in the documentation of IT Server energy and Electrical System Efficiency savings.  Use the summary tab in the calculator to complete the related fields in the Minimum Energy Performance Calculator.

LEED v2009 projects may use this calculator.

    By entering the proposed number of servers, the average power utilization per server is calculated by dividing the Server kW by the number of servers.

    By entering the proposed number of servers, the average power utilization per server is calculated by dividing the Server kW by the number of servers.

    Supply supporting documentation to document the planned number of proposed servers and ensure it is consistent with the average power at utilization calculated. Please ensure that this value only claims the number of servers influenced by the project. If less than 100% of the of the IT load is influenced, then this value will not be equivalent to the total number of servers in the future fully fit-out facility.
