This worksheet must be completed for the Option 1 of EA Prerequisite 2 and EA Credit 1 if the project is documenting energy efficiency savings for energy efficient commercial kitchen equipment, supermarket refrigeration equipment, walk-in coolers or freezers, or commercial kitchen ventilation. The energy consumption for each piece of equipment must be calculated using the default method (for Table 1), manufacturer's data, or supplemental calculations.
