Hi Masumeh, your best bet at this time is to study the LEED for Homes v4 Reference Guide, as there is no public timeline for the study guide bundle. Please check the USGBC store periodically for updates (http://www.usgbc.org/store/products/publications).

I think USGBC should take initiative to see that appropriate study materials are available for aspiring candidates. Besides that it should also audit the materials sold by companies if the materials can really help the candidates succeed in the exams. This is true for all AP exams including BD+C, ND, O&M and WELL AP including AP Homes.

When will the Study Bundle: Homes Study Guide and Reference Guide be available for V4? Its already past July 1st.

Definitely, coaching institutions are way behind updating their materials for AP exams under V4. I paid to two companies and got their materials for preparing my AP exam for BD+C which I took today. Not many questions in the real exam were as I had studied. I passed though by guessing and common sense. Though the questions were different, I got the concept and that helped me pass.

I wish the companies who claim they can help examinees prepare well have to update their materials not only to V4 but the tone and the focus of the questions how they are related more to application than just a principle.

Hi - I'm a LEED Green Associate who is considering pursuing the LEED AP Homes program. Before I invest in these books and commit the study time, can you please tell me whether the materials provide specific information about green products and building methods, as opposed to focusing more on how to earn LEED points? Thanks for your feedback. Dave
