Greenbuild 2016, "Iconic Green," raises the bar on LEED®. The future of our built environment is based on performance. The fitness trackers we wear on our wrists are now on buildings, grids and throughout our ecosystem.
Let’s discuss data transparency, deeper visibility across global portfolios and how to engage everyone in a better environment. Come join the conversation on performance and scoring—hear perspectives from USGBC leadership, Kilroy Realty, Unico Properties, Oracle, Shorenstein Properties, GBCI India and Goby Inc., among other,s at the following events:

The Value of Applying Multiple Rating Systems
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
On this panel, Kilroy Realty shares their experience in applying integrated approaches to improving ongoing sustainability, including the performance scoring platform. This session will highlight properties that are using more than one GBCI® green building rating and verification system (e.g., LEED, SITES®, WELL, PEER™). Attendees will learn how the synergies and complements of various rating systems help meet project team goals.
Oracle, Unico Properties and Green Building Brasil discuss the LEED Performance Score as a way to visualize efficiencies and to compare assets within a portfolio and with peers worldwide. Using case studies, this panel discussion highlights properties leveraging the Performance Score toward LEED certification, improved transparency and streamlined reporting.

LEED Dynamic Plaque: A Certification Pathway
Join Goby, GBCI India and Shorenstein Properties to understand lessons learned from applying the LEED Performance Score across multiple buildings. The discussion offers a deeper dive into effective ways to benchmark, optimize and certify properties based on measured data and outcomes.
Expanding upon LEED
Scot Horst and Mahesh Ramanujam share their vision and goals for the upcoming year, including Integration and Positive Performance. While discussing the use of WELL, PEER, SITES, Parksmart and GRESB in tandem with LEED, this session will showcase new dimensions of performance scoring, as well as methods for measuring the performance of buildings and places that give more than they take.
