On July 25, the annual GreenerBuilder conference will unite green building professionals from across the Pacific region of the United States to discuss the latest in green building, such as carbon neutrality, resilient design, the evolution of sustainable mobility and the latest in LEED, including LEED v4.1. The conference will offer a total of 12 CE credits, and participants can earn up to five credits. View the GreenerBuilder education sessions.
Four diverse tracks direct your learning into the green building category that's your highest priority. The education tracks are:
- Materials and Waste
- Resilience and Adaptation
- Owner’s Perspective
All education sessions fall into one of these tracks, so you can customize and personalize your own continuing education.
In addition to the education sessions, author, sustainability entrepreneur and activist Paul Hawken will provide the opening keynote at GreenerBuilder. Hawken’s keynote will touch on his work with Project Drawdown, an initiative that works with more than 200 scholars, students, scientists, researchers and activists to map, measure and model the 100 most substantive solutions that can reverse global warming through reduction and sequestration of greenhouse gases.
GreenerBuilder unites all of the key players in greening the Pacific Region’s built environment—including architects, engineers and contractors—to discuss industry trends, new research and emerging technologies. GreenerBuilder is where you can get the strategies and tools to help create a more sustainable future in the region, and engage with leaders in the field. Enjoy workshops, breakout sessions and the chance to network with colleagues from across the country at events such as the Women in Green Luncheon and award receptions.
